Hey, I’m Felix!
My background spans startup environments, freelance work, and large-scale live productions for brands including Jägermeister, Hugo, and Haftbefehl. I have executed creative work while also managing projects end to end from pitches and budgets to stakeholder coordination. This dual perspective as both hands-on creator and project coordinator gives me a deep multifaceted understanding of the creative business and makes me a valuable partner for clients who need clear communication, technical understanding , and reliable execution.

Stage Visuals

The Project
For the SIDO Highlight Tour, I lead the development of a comprehensive set of stage visuals designed to support a dynamic live show featuring multiple guest artists and a wide range of musical styles. In total, more than 15 visuals were produced to accompany the performance across the setlist. The production reached over 180,000 visitors during the tour, and the visual content continues to be used in the artist’s international live shows today. In this project, I worked in direct collaboration with the artist and tour management and was responsible for budgeting, milestone planning, team setup, coordination of the production workflow, and parts of the creative direction.

Challenges
The project combined a tight production timeline with a technically demanding stage setup and a wide range of musical styles. Multiple guest artists and very different song atmospheres required a visual system that could adapt while still remaining consistent. Another key challenge was defining the right production approach early on. Decisions such as choosing a fully timecoded workflow and establishing a clear visual framework were essential to avoid creative chaos and keep the production aligned under significant time pressure.

Team Setup & Workflow Design
To ensure an efficient production, I assembled a small team of specialists with complementary strengths. Each member brought a different focus, covering areas such as previs, lighting, motion capture, post production, and media server preparation. Alongside the team setup, I defined a clear production workflow to avoid bottlenecks and maintain alignment with the tour management. Concepts were developed per song, validated early, and then moved through animatic testing, animation, and final delivery. This structure allowed us to work quickly while maintaining creative quality and keeping revisions manageable within the tight timeline.
Profile & Concept
We reconstructed the artist’s career phases and symbolic milestones. His persona became the central anchor for every visual decision.
The goal was to communicate different angles of the “Sido universe” without losing identity.

AI driven testing
When working with non-creative stakeholders, early visual communication becomes especially important. To make ideas tangible, we created initial visual treatments using AI-generated references and early 3D visualizations. These treatments helped translate abstract ideas into concrete imagery and allowed the client to quickly understand the visual direction. Through this process, we aligned on the overall aesthetic before moving into
Creation
Once the visual framework was defined, we began translating each track into a visual language that supports the performance and atmosphere of the show. The focus was on creating visuals that enhance the energy of the music without distracting from the artist on stage. At the same time, we integrated subtle references to key moments from the artist’s career. These elements add an additional layer of meaning for long-time fans while remaining visually engaging for the broader audience.

Last Minute Changes
Midway through the creation phase, tour management suggested adding laser-show–style effects to the LED cubes. Considering the existing visuals already offered high dynamism, I recommended staying within the established visual language. I proposed a pragmatic solution: repurpose existing scenes to enhance the cubes without distracting from the artists. To manage the additional workload, I onboarded a team member focused on ideation and execution. With minimal time for on-site testing, each cube visual had to work instantly.
On Site Testing
Full calibration and timing validation on the LED surface. We worked closely with the on site technical team and handed off the visuals for technical testing. Seeing our visuals for the first time was quite impressive. We corrected color and synchronization offsets gathering info from the real venue conditions, a couple visuals had to be reedited.

Rollout & Celebration
The system delivered consistent performance across all 18 tour stops.
The visual identity remained strong despite the diversity of songs.
Audiences experienced a cohesive narrative, following the artist’s journey through their career. After the rollout, we conducted a structured debrief to evaluate what worked, identify points of friction, and define improvements for future productions. Continuous refinement is central to my leadership approach.
