I founded this creative collective with the purpose of building a creator-centered instance in the entertainment world. I lead an established team of freelance 3D designers, act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders, and plan on-site productions while overseeing budgets, timelines, and communication. Projects include LED content for major shows such as AIDA, Sido, and Splash! Festival, delivering high-impact visuals experienced by tens of thousands of people.

Joining the start-up in its first year, I built up the motion design department and quickly grew into a broader role exceeding that of a traditional motion designer. I developed and executed social media campaigns and product visualizations, coordinated closely with the co-founders and external stakeholders, and played a key role in scaling the company by onboarding new team members as the team expanded from 5 to over 25 employees.

During the lockdown I began creating 3D music videos for my favorite rappers, which marked my entry into freelancing. What started as a self-taught project grew into culturally impactful work that earned me Designer of the Year 2021 from a hip-hop magazine and led to collaborations with brands like Douglas and AMD on creative campaigns and concepts.
